- F1On December 31, 2016, the Reporting Person distributed (the "Distribution") all of its 20,223,754 Common Units to DCP Midstream, LLC ("Midstream"), its managing member at the time. Midstream and the Reporting Person have historically elected to file Section 16 filings jointly, but the Reporting Person has filed independently in this instance to report the Distribution and it no longer being subject to Section 16.
