Explanation of responses
- F1On December 15, 2015, the Issuer and certain of its subsidiaries (collectively, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court"). On April 18, 2016, the Bankruptcy Court approved the Debtor's joint Chapter 11 plan of reorganization (the "Plan") and on May 6, 2016 (the "Effective Date"), the Plan became effective. Upon the effectiveness of the Plan, all of the equity securities of the Issuer outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Date were cancelled.
