Explanation of responses
- F1On January 8, 2014, the Reporting Person was granted shares of restricted common stock of the Issuer pursuant to the Issuer's Stock Incentive Plan. The shares were scheduled to vest in three substantially equal tranches on January 8, 2015, January 8, 2016 and January 8, 2017. The grant was reported by the Reporting Peron on a Form 4 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 10, 2014. The Reporting Person waived vesting of the tranche of restricted common stock scheduled to vest on January 8, 2016. Accordingly, the waived shares were forfeited by the Reporting Person and cancelled by the Issuer.
