- F1Represents restricted stock units that vest as follows: (i) 20,000 restricted stock units vest in three equal annual installments on June 8, 2016, June 8, 2017 and June 8, 2018; and (ii) 10,000 restricted stock units vest in three equal annual installments on September 24, 2016, September 24, 2017 and September 24, 2018, in each case provided that the reporting person remains employed by the issuer as of each vesting date.
