Explanation of responses
- F1The total amount of securities beneficially owned has been updated pursuant to an amended Form 4 filed on March 10, 2015 to (i) exclude 30,000 unexercised stock options previously incorrectly classified as common stock and included in the balance of shares of common stock directly held by the reporting person and (ii) exclude 9,090 shares of common stock incorrectly reported as being directly held by the reporting person. Such 9,090 shares were directly held by the reporting person's adult daughter, and the reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of such shares.
