- F1Reflects the acquisition of an option to purchase shares of common stock initially granted to Reporting Person on June 7, 2016, but only earned upon the satisfaction of certain performance criteria applicable to the option, which were determined satisfied on June 1, 2017. The option vested with respect to twenty-five percent (25%) of the shares on June 1, 2017 and will vest with respect to the remainder of the shares ratably on a monthly basis over the following 36 months, subject to continued service through each applicable vesting date.
