Explanation of responses
- F1The shares of Common Stock are to be acquired upon the vesting of certain Restricted Stock Units granted to the Reporting Person. The Restricted Stock Units shall vest as follows: 25% of the total number of Restricted Stock Units will vest on each of March 20, 2019, March 20, 2020, March 20, 2021 and March 20, 2022, subject to Reporting Person's Continuous Service as of each such date.
