- F1The sales reported were effected by Mark Zuckerberg, Trustee and Settlor of the Chan Zuckerberg Foundation ("CZ Foundation") and CZI Holdings, LLC ("CZI"), as applicable, pursuant to their Rule 10b5-1 trading plans.
