- F1Received in exchange for 82,569.394 shares of Eastern Virginia Bankshares, Inc. ("EVBS") common stock in connection with the merger of EVBS with and into the issuer (the "Merger"). In the Merger, each share of EVBS common stock was converted into the right to receive 0.6313 shares of issuer common stock. On the effective date of the Merger, the closing price of EVBS' common stock was $11.01 per share, and the closing price of the issuer's common stock was $17.21 per share.
