- F2On January 4, 2016, the reporting person received restricted stock units under Iradimed Corporation's 2014 Equity Incentive Plan. The restricted stock units vest in four equal annual installments beginning on January 4, 2017. The scheduled January 4, 2019 vesting was accelerated by the registrant, and the restricted stock units became vested as of December 31, 2018.
