- F1On May 18, 2018, the Issuer approved compensation with respect to its Board of Directors for the period from June 2018 through August 2018. This compensation includes a stock award for the retainer for the reporting person's service on the Board of Directors, based on the market value of the Issuer's common stock at the close of business on June 1, 2018. The stock award is being made under the Issuer's 2009 Stock Incentive Plan.
