The Reporting Person disclaims any pecuniary interest in these securities. This report shall not be deemed an admission that the Reporting Person is the beneficial owner of the securities for purposes of Section 16.

The common units representing limited partner interests shown in column 4 of line 1 of Table I, were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $31.32 - $32.25, inclusive.
