- F1The securities to which this filing relates are held directly by certain investment funds and managed accounts managed by GoldenTree Asset Management LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the "Investment Manager"). GoldenTree Asset Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, serves as the general partner of the Investment Manager ("IMGP"). Mr. Steven A. Tananbaum serves as the managing member of IMGP. Mr. Steven A. Tananbaum holds an additional 54,963 shares of Common Stock directly.

Remarks
In the filing amended hereby and in prior Section 16 filings by the Reporting Persons with respect to the Issuer, the Reporting Persons inadvertently identified themselves as 10% beneficial owners within the meaning of Rule 16a-1(a)(1) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act"). The Reporting Persons have determined that they are not, and have not been, 10% beneficial owners within the meaning of Rule 16a-1(a)(1) by virtue of the proviso thereto and clauses (v) and (vii) of such proviso. In addition, in the filing amended hereby GoldenTree Asset Management LLC inadvertently identified itself in the Reporting Owners table as a director of the Issuer. GoldenTree Asset Management LLC is not, and has not been, a director of the Issuer.
