Explanation of responses
- F1On June 18, 2015, the Reporting Person was granted a restricted stock performance unit award to potentially earn shares of common stock of the Company upon the achievement, by the Company, of pre-established performance metrics. The vesting targets were based seventy-five percent based upon the achievement of a return on capital employed goal and twenty-five percent based upon the achievement of a relative total shareholder return goal. Based upon a weighted 93.1% achievement level of these metrics, the Reporting Person is eligible to receive 857 of the 921 targeted shares. To receive these shares, the Reporting Person must be continuously employed by the Company through June 18, 2018, being the third anniversary of the grant date.
