Explanation of responses
- F1Represents 3,000 phantom units granted under the TransMontaigne Services Inc. Long-Term Inventive Plan (the "Plan") for services as a Director. Each phantom unit represents the right, upon vesting, to receive one common unit of the Issuer as of the market close on the vesting date. Phantom units will vest in four equal annual installments beginning September 30, 2016, subject to earlier vesting upon a change of control of the Issuer, TransMontaigne GP L.L.C., the general partner of the issuer, or if the Issuer is not the surviving entity of a merger or similar transaction, as specified in the plan.
