JLL Partners Fund V, L.P. is the sole member of JLL Building Holdings, LLC. JLL Associates V, L.P. is the general partner of JLL Partners Fund V, L.P. JLL Associates G.P. V, L.L.C. is the general partner of JLL Associates V, L.P. Mr. Levy serves as a director of JLL Associates G.P. V, L.L.C., with contractual power to direct the disposition of the shares of common stock of the Company held by JLL Holdings. However, Mr. Levy disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities except to the extent of any pecuniary interest therein.
