- F1This is an amendment to correct an error in the original form 4 filed on December 6, 2016. The Option vests four years as follows: 25% of the stock options shall vest one year following the vesting commencement date, with the remaining 75% of the stock options vesting in 36 equal monthly installments thereafter. The vesting commencement date is December 6, 2016. The option will expire on December 6, 2026.
