- F2The Reporting Person was awarded performance-based restricted stock units. 33% of the shares will vest on the first anniversary of the January 29, 2015 vesting commencement date ("VCD"); 33% of the shares will vest on the second anniversary of the VCD and 34% of the shares will vest on the third anniversary of the VCD, contingent upon continued services to the Issuer and subject to certain performance-based milestones as stated in the Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement between the Reporting Person and the Issuer dated February 9, 2015.
