Explanation of responses
- F1On December 8, 2015, the reporting person was granted performance-based restricted stock units ("RSUs") that vest upon achievement of specified stock price performance metrics. Each RSU represents the right to receive one shares of common stock upon vesting. The RSUs expire on the date of the Issuer's 2017 annual stockholder meeting. On January 21, 2016, a specific stock price performance metric was achieved, therefore a portion of the RSUs vested and were delivered to the reporting person.
