Explanation of responses
- F1Effective January 27, 2014, Mr. Wright was appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, President, Secretary and Treasurer of Valley High Mining Company (the "Company"). Effective March 21, 2014, Mr. Wright was appointed as a member of the board of directors of the Company. At the time of such appointments, Mr. Wright did not own any shares of the Company's common stock or hold any form of equity ownership.
- F2On December 3, 2014, the Company issued 10,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock to Take Flight Equities, Inc., an entity owned and controlled by Mr. Wright, for previous services rendered. Such shares were valued at $0.0081 per share.
