(the "Company") to the Rohit Kapoor 2026 GRAT, a grantor retained annuity trust for the benefit of himself and certain of his family members, for which the reporting person serves as sole trustee and sole annuitant. The exempt disposition and acquisition related to this contribution is being voluntarily reported for future reporting reconciliation purposes.
