- F1Represents restricted stock units of which 20,000 will vest on November 21, 2018, 25,000 will vest on June 11, 2021, 50,000 will vest on June 11, 2023, and 25,000 will vest on June 11, 2025. Restricted stock units settle in shares of the Company's common stock on a one-for-one basis. The grant of these restricted stock units was designed to replace certain compensation that the recipient forfeited when he left his former employer.
