F1Each performance stock unit was granted in 2015 and represented a contingent right to receive between 0 and 2 shares of Inteliquent, Inc. common stock. The actual number of shares delivered was based on the total shareholder return of Inteliquent, Inc. over a 24-month measuring period weighted (i) two-thirds against the total shareholder return of all companies in the S&P 500 Index and (ii) one-third against the total shareholder return of all companies in the S&P Small Cap 600 Telecommunications Services Index (together, the "TSR Metric"). 4,196 shares of common stock represented the target amount of the award.
