- F1On October 9, 2018, Mr. Coufal entered into an amendment to his Consulting Agreement with IIOT-OXYS, Inc. pursuant to which he was granted an aggregate of 1,200,000 shares which vest as follows: 200,000 on the first anniversary of the agreement; 400,000 on the second anniversary of the agreement; and 600,000 on the third anniversary of the agreement.
