These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $46.51 to $46.55, inclusive, on September 14, 2018, from $46.26 to $46.55, inclusive, on September 17, 2018, and from $46.52 to $47.00, inclusive, on September 18, 2018.
