- F1These purchases were effected by Macquarie Infrastructure Management (USA) Inc. ("MIMUSA"), a subsidiary of Macquarie Group Ltd. ("MGL"), pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by MIMUSA on May 9, 2018.

These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $44.71 to $45.15, inclusive, on August 1, 2018, and from $44.98 to $45.98, and $45.99 to $46.63, inclusive, on August 2, 2018.
