These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $42.23 to $42.42, inclusive, on June 21, 2018, from $42.28 to $42.85, inclusive, on June 22, 2018, and from $41.81 to $42.67, inclusive, on June 25, 2018.
