Explanation of responses
- F1The reporting person converted all of such person's 3.375% Convertible Senior Notes due 2038 on June 1, 2015. The amount of principal will be settled in cash, and the amount of premium in connection with this conversion will not be determined until July 13, 2015 and paid by the issuer until July 16, 2015. This Form 4 will be amended at the time of settlement of such transaction.
