- F2On October 29, 2014, a reverse split of one (1) new share for three hundred fifty (350) old shares became effective. Mr. Walford, an officer and director of Terex Energy Corp., previously reported 129,851,356 shares of common stock indirectly held through Terex Energy Corp.
