- F1On October 29, 2014, a reverse split of one (1) new share for three hundred fifty (350) old shares became effective. Mr. Gottlob previously reported 129,851,356 shares of common stock indirectly held through Terex Energy Corp. Due to the reverse split, the figure is 371,003 shares of common stock.
- F2On December 22, 2014, T-Rex Oil, Inc. acuqired 100% of the outstanding stock of Terex Energy Corp. after exchanging 7,385,700 shares with Terex Energy Corp. shareholders on a one for one basis. In addition to the exchange of common stock, the Company exchanged on a one for one basis 800,000 Options with an exercise price of $0.10 per share and a term of 3 years and 350,000 Warrants with an exercise price of $1.00 per share and a term of 3 years.
