Explanation of responses
- F1This amendment is being filed to report a gift of 115,000 shares of common stock and to correct the balance of common stock beneficially owned following the reported transaction to properly reflect the correct number of shares of common stock disposed of in connection with such gift. As a result of the error in the balance of common stock beneficially owned following the reported transaction, the number of shares of common stock beneficially owned following reported transactions was understated in two additional Form 4 filings filed on February 2, 2018 and March 26, 2018.
