Explanation of responses
- F1Each performance share represented a contingent right to receive a share of the Company's common stock upon the Company's attainment of certain levels of average price per share of the common stock, calculated based on the closing price of the common stock over any ten consecutive trading days during the period from January 15, 2015 to January 15, 2020. On March 9, 2016, the Company issued 24,240 shares of restricted stock pursuant to the achievement of such performance objectives. The restricted stock will vest in equal installments on January 15, 2019 and January 15, 2020.
