- F1These shares were acquired pursuant to a restricted stock unit award under the Borderfree, Inc. 2014 Stock Option and Incentive Plan. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of Borderfree, Inc. common stock. The restricted stock units vest in thirty-six equal monthly installments, the first of which will be on April 1, 2015, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service.
