- F1On May 7, 2015 the Non-Executive Chairman of Reynolds American Inc. (Company) was granted an Annual Equity Incentive Award in the form of 8,000 Deferred Stock Units (phantom stock). Under the terms of the Company's Equity Incentive Award Plan (Plan) for Directors, each Director is given the option to receive shares of Reynolds American Inc. Common Stock (NYSE trading symbol "RAI") in lieu of receiving Deferred Stock Units. Pursuant to the terms of the Plan, Director elected to receive this Annual grant in the form of 8,000 shares of Issuer's Common Stock.
