Explanation of responses
- F1Award of time-vested restricted stock units. The units vest over a three-year period beginning on the first anniversary of the date of grant in equal installments of one-third per year, based on continued employment. Thus, the RSUs will vest on February 25, 2016, 2017, and 2018, and are paid out only in Hospira stock, unless forfeited earlier for voluntary departure or termination for cause.
