- F1These shares of common stock of NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. (the "Company") were granted in connection with the reporting person's re-election to the Company's board of directors on June 20, 2016 pursuant to the Company's Second Amended and Restated 2004 Omnibus Stock Incentive Plan, and are immediately vested. The amount of common stock was determined by dividing the fixed grant value of $140,000 by the closing price of the Company's common stock on the New York Stock Exchange on the grant date.
