Explanation of responses
- F1Reflects the receipt of a restricted stock unit. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one (1) share of Gran Tierra Energy Inc. common stock. The restricted stock units shall vest in three equal consecutive annual installments on March 1, 2016, March 1, 2017 and March 1, 2018, until fully vested.
