Explanation of responses
- F1The securities vest in two equal annual increments subject to continued service on each vesting date, with the first vesting date being one year from the Transaction Date, and fully vesting upon a change of control. The reporting person has the option to elect to receive the securities in the form of restricted stock or restricted stock units, with such election being fixed at the time of executing an agreement with the Issuer.
