Williams 2006 Trust ("GW Trust") acquired 7,938 shares of common stock on September 18, 2018 and 6,870 shares on September 19, 2018. Purchases were made pursuant to a 10b5-1 plan dated June 14, 2018. Mr. Williams is a trustee of both trusts.
