Williams 2006 Trust ("GW Trust") acquired 5,132 shares of common stock on August 16, 2018 and 3,900 shares on August 17, 2018. Purchases were made pursuant to a 10b5-1 plan dated June 14, 2018. Mr. Williams is a trustee of both trusts.
