Explanation of responses
- F1Represents shares issuable on settlement of restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted to the reporting person pursuant to the Issuer's Non-Employee Director Compensation Policy. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of Issuer's Common Stock. The RSUs will vest in equal quarterly installments over one year, with a vesting commencement date of July 18, 2018, in each case subject to the reporting person being a service provider through each such date.
- F2Represents shares of Common Stock held directly by BCIP Venture Associates, BCIP Venture Associates-B, BCIP Venture Associates II, LP, BCIP Venture Associates II-B, LP, Bain Capital Venture Fund 2012, L.P., Bain Capital Venture Fund 2014, L.P. and Bain Capital Venture Coinvestment Fund, L.P. (collectively, the "Bain Venture Entities").
- F3The governance, investment strategy and decision-making process with respect to the investments held by the Bain Venture Entities is directed by the Executive Committee of Bain Capital Venture Investors, LLC ("BCVI").
