- F1As a result of the indirect transfer of 50% of the economic interests in CNL Financial Group, Inc. to Dayle L Seneff, through her wholly-owned entity DLHS Holdings, LLC, the Reporting Person transferred his pecuniary interest in 50% of the shares held of record by CNL Lifestyle Properties, Inc.
- F2All of the shares of the Issuer's common stock beneficially owned by James M. Seneff, Jr. (the "Reporting Person") are held of record by CNL Financial Group, Inc., which is indirectly wholly owned by the Reporting Person.
- F3As a result of the indirect transfer of 50% of the economic interests in CNL Lifestyle Company, LLC to Dayle L Seneff, through her wholly-owned entity DLHS Holdings, LLC, the Reporting Person transferred his pecuniary interest in 50% of the shares held of record by CNL Lifestyle Properties, Inc.
