F1In connection with estate planning, on August 5, 2026, Mr. Kaufman purchased 375,000 Partnership Common Units and Special Voting Preferred Stock with a fair value of approximately $1.9 million from a trust that was set up for estate planning purposes and administered by an independent trustee. The trustee of the trust engaged an external third party valuation firm to assist the trust in deriving the fair market value, which was determined to be $5.17 per share.
