- F1The Daugherty LLC is in process of being dissolved and the shares are split between Mr. Daugherty and his sister. The shares previously listed under The Daughtery, LLC has now been transferred which increased the shares to 423,536 to Mr. G. Thomas Daugherty.
- F2Mr. Daugherty was the Managing member of the LLC. The LLC is being dissolved and the shares split increasing Mr. Daughtery's direct ownership.
