Explanation of responses
- F1Consists of a restricted stock unit award made pursuant to the Issuer's 2014 Long-Term Incentive Plan. The restricted stock unit award vests at a rate of 33% on the thirteen month anniversary of the grant date and quarterly thereafter at a rate of 8.25% on the first day of each subsequent calendar quarter as long as such individual continues to be employed as of each respective vest date.
