Explanation of responses
- F1Consists of a restricted stock award made pursuant to the Issuer's 2014 Long-Term Incentive Plan. The restricted stock award vests at a rate of 25% on the first anniversary of the Grant Date and quarterly thereafter at a rate of 6.25% on the first day of each subsequent calendar quarter as long as such individual continues to be employed as of each respective vest date.
