- F2Mr. Gorny is the grantor and trustee of The Thomas and Aviva Gorny Family Trust and the grantor of each of The Thomas and Aviva Gorny Irrevocable Trust and The Gorny 2013 Irrevocable Trust (collectively, the "Trusts"). Mr. Gorny disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares held by each of the Trusts, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, and the inclusion of such shares in this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership of any such shares for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or for any other purpose.
