Goldman Sachs is a subsidiary of GS Group. The Reporting Persons disclaim beneficial ownership of the securities reported herein except to the extent of their pecuniary interest therein.
- F2The shares of Common Stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the "Common Stock"), of Endurance International Group Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") reported herein as indirectly purchased and sold were beneficially owned directly by Goldman Sachs and indirectly by GS Group. Without admitting any legal obligation, Goldman Sachs or another subsidiary of GS Group will remit appropriate profits, if any, to the Company.
- F3Reflects a weighted average purchase price of $9.0146 per share, at prices ranging from $9.00 to $9.03 per share. Goldman Sachs is the investment manager of certain of the GS Funds. Goldman Sachs beneficially owns directly and GS Group may be deemed to beneficially own indirectly 400 shares of Common Stock. Goldman Sachs holds open short positions of 553 shares of Common Stock, due to exempt transactions.
