- F1Steven Bruk is the legal and beneficial owner of 150,468 shares. Karen Bruk, is the legal owner of 146,000 shares (Karen Bruk and Steven Bruk are spouses). Karen Bruk is also the sole shareholder of KMB Trac Two Holdings Ltd. KMB is the legal owner of 4,274,050 shares and 650,000 shares that may be acquired on the exercise of warrants. Steven Bruk and Karen Bruk exercise shared investment power over the shares of common stock held by Karen Bruk and KMB.
