- F1The Variable Rate MuniFund Term Preferred Shares, Series 2021 ("Shares") reported in Table I represent Shares of which 1,125 Shares are beneficially owned by Wells Fargo Municipal Capital Strategies, LLC ("Capital Strategies") and 125 Shares are beneficially owned by WFC Holdings, LLC (WFC Holdings). Capital Strategies and WFC Holdings are wholly owned subsidiaries of Wells Fargo & Company ("Wells Fargo").
- F2This statement is jointly filed by Wells Fargo, Capital Strategies, and WFC Holdings. Wells Fargo holds an indirect interest in the Shares listed in Table I by virtue of its indirect ownership of its subsidiaries, Capital Strategies and WFC Holdings.
